Fee and Work Schedule

Upon receipt of 50% of the total fee, $385, the artist will provide one digital or hand drawn mockup that will be emailed to the client. The client may either accept the mockup to be completed or request a modification of an existing feature. Mockup revisions will not extend indefinitely. The artist reserves the right to limit the number of requested revisions to a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions if necessary.

When the digital or hand drawn mockups have been completed to the satisfaction of the client, work will begin on the final paintings. After the approval of the digital or hand drawn mockup, the final paintings will be completed within 6-8 weeks. Progress photo updates will be provided upon completion of the paintings. The client may request small changes at this points however any extensive change (as judged extensive by the artist) may require renegotiation of the timeframe and fee.

When work on the final paintings are complete, an image of the paintings will be emailed to the client for final approval. By giving final approval the client is agreeing that the work is complete and the final payment of 50% the total fee, $385, is due. Once the price is paid in full the original paintings will be shipped to the client.

Upon receipt of the final artwork the client is authorized to make use of the artwork for any non-commercial display purposes. Ownership of the copyright as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional or reproduction purposes remains with the artist.

If at any point the client chooses to cancel the contract and forfeit the work done so far any payments already made are non-refundable. If at any point the client has failed to respond to mockups, revisions, or status updates provided for a period of longer than two weeks this contract may be rendered void and further work will require renegotiation. 

This contract states our complete understanding and replaces any earlier understandings.
