Eisenhower Health
I created a custom piece of art to support Eisenhower Health’s recruitment efforts and position their hospital as the “go-to” employer in the Coachella Valley. The goal was to position them as an approachable, friendly, employer.

I hand illustrated the entire piece on an iPad pro. Following the completion of the piece, we printed it on a large scale art canvas for our client to showcase in their recruitment office.

In addition, I also provide ongoing social management, strategy, and asset design.
I create infographics on a regular basis which includes coming up with the concept and design.
Billboard Design
We needed to generate high-quality LVN candidates that resided in Eisenhower Health’s local area of the Coachella Valley. To do so, we created new concepts that we would disseminate across billboards, as well as complementary digital ads that would geo-targeting the local area. The goal for these new touch points was to give potential candidates the perception that Eisenhower is the more desirable employer because of their sign-on bonus and benefits package.
Brochure Design
I designed a printed brochure for the Eisenhower Health Nurse Residency Program. This would used as a recruitment tool to distribute to the local colleges and Nursing students to let them know a bit more about our program. It would also be provided to interviewees as an informational takeaway. I created a unique design, complete with custom die cuts that touted Eisenhower Health’s Nurse Residency Program in a highly tactile piece that was intriguing and interesting to open and read.
